This is a used 40GB RCA Lyra MP3 player. It functions perfectly, and just has some minor scratches on the surface. Comes with USB cable, battery charger, and protective case (not shown in picture). I do NOT have the software CD that came with the player, but YES you still will be able to transfer music onto the player. It does NOT come with headphones. Currently I have about 700 songs loaded and I’m trying to figure out how to delete them, if I can’t I’m sure it can be done but it will just need to be figured out. In any case, 700 songs doesn’t even begin to make a dent in the space available. I can not accept returns and I require bidders to use paypal.
